FIT OR FINED CHALLENGE
What you’re agreeing to
By completing your payment and registering for the Fit or Fined Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Once you register, your spot is secured and no refunds will be issued under any condition.
2. Mandatory Compliance
As a participant, you agree to complete all challenge requirements including:

Daily workout completion and submission

Group board check-ins

Submitting progress metrics (photos, weigh-ins, etc.)
Failure to comply will result in fines as follows:

Missed Workout: $100 fine per occurrence

Late Workout Submission: $20 fine

Failure to Submit Metrics: $50 fine
All fines will be automatically enforced and tracked.
3. Withdrawal Clause
If you choose to quit, drop out, or otherwise remove yourself from the challenge before Day 60 for any reason, you agree to pay a $500 early withdrawal penalty.
4. Challenge Integrity
You agree to participate honestly and in good faith. Any attempt to falsify check-ins, manipulate progress, or undermine the challenge process may result in removal without refund and enforcement of the withdrawal penalty.
5. Accountability Pot (if applicable)
In group challenges, the majority of fines will go into a communal prize pot. The top performer as defined by the challenge scoring system will receive the pot. Fit or Fined has sole discretion over winner selection based on objective scoring.
6. Assumption of Risk
You understand this is a physically demanding challenge. You agree to participate at your own risk and acknowledge you are physically cleared for exercise. Fit or Fined is not liable for any injury, health issue, or condition resulting from participation.
7. Consent to Media
By joining the challenge, you consent to the use of your photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes.
8. Payment Enforcement
All fines and penalties will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days of notice. Failure to pay fines may result in removal from the challenge and/or legal collection action.
By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms.
